Student-Built
One unsafe click can cost you everything.
Students receive links every day through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, QR codes, group chats, and school communities. Most of the time, we open them without thinking β but some links are designed to steal accounts, passwords, and personal data.
Group Chat Scams
Unsafe links can spread quickly through student group chats disguised as scholarships, opportunities, or urgent announcements.
Fake Login Pages
Phishing pages often look like real websites and ask users to enter email addresses, passwords, or verification codes.
Hidden QR Links
QR codes hide the destination until after scanning. KingaLink helps reveal and check the link before opening it.
Account Exposure
A single unsafe click can compromise email accounts, social media, school access, and personal information.
Check before you open. Always.
KingaLink turns online safety into a simple habit: paste or scan, review the result, then decide whether to open.

Built from real experience.
This project was motivated by a real experience of being hacked. That experience showed me how easily one unsafe link can affect someoneβs digital life. KingaLink turns that lesson into a practical tool for the ALA community: pause, check, and make a safer decision before clicking.
